Why do you ask questions about my purchase?

We aim to make sure that your purchase is suitable, safe and legal. Our pharmacists have to by law ensure that your order is suitable for you so they usually need to know more information about the order. Please try to answer all questions as honestly and accurately as possible so that the pharmacist can make an informed decision. If no details are filled in then the pharmacist will have no option but to decline the order. If the order is not suitable for whatever reason then the pharmacist will decline the order and offer you an explanation as to why the order was rejected.
